7 Octubre. Asakusa, Ginza y el tokyota perdido

Hoy no madrugo, me levanto a las 8.00 am y me voy caminando hasta Asakusa, son solo 10 minutos desde mi hotel. Aún no han llegado los primeros turistas a la zona y está muy tranquilo. Así que paseo por los alrededores. Veo los dos templos principales y alrededor de estos hay un mercadillo, donde venden kimonos a precios "asequibles" y muchos souvenirs.

Sigo buscando un noren para mi casa, pero creo que no voy a encontrar nada, al final le pediré a mi madre que me haga ella uno.

Decido irme hasta el Mercado del pescado o Tsukiji, pero cuando llego ( a las 11.00 am) ya casi no hay actividad y estan recogiendo los puestos. Solo consigo ver algún pescatero cortando atún con largos cuchillos y muchas carretillas que van de un lado al otro a toda prisa. Los que están en los puestos de pescado se enfadan cuando intento sacarles una foto, así que lo hago con bastante disimulo. Compro una bandejita de maquis allí mismo y me la como en un banco. Decido ir caminando hasta Ginza y respirar el ambiente pijo de la zona.

Quiero ir al edificio Sony y ver las últimas novedades electrónicas. Me fijo en los nuevos ultraportátiles VAIO del tamaño de la mano y espectacular las televisiones 3D. Me pongo las gafas y veo a un oso polar nadando en un mar helado, realmente parece que tenga un acuario en casa y lo esté viendo delante.

Según la guía muy cerca del edificio Soni está el Salón Leica (una pequeña sala de exposicíones) en la parte de arriba de la misma tienda Leica. Asi que decido ir a verla por si tienen alguna exposición interesante. Después de un rato buscando por donde indica la guía decido preguntarle a alguien de la calle, ya que no consigo encontrarla.

Paro a un chico muy amable y me dice que no sabe donde está, que el es Tokyota, pero muchos sitios no sabe donde estan. Me acompaña y damos una vuelta a la manzana mientras vamos hablando. Tiene un amigo español que se llama Nacho y que le ha enseñado a imitar a Crispín Jander. Le pregunto si no tiene que ir a trabajar ya que va vestido con traje de chaqueta y me dice que sí, pero que hoy no tiene prisa, porque se le han roto las gafas y en la oficina le han dado más rato a la hora de la comida para ir a arreglarlas. Le pregunto por su horario de trabajo y me dice de 9.00am a 18.00pm pero sin siesta.

Después de un rato paseando y conversando él decide sacar su teléfono móvil y llama al número que aparece en la guía. Resulta que lo teníamos delante mismo, pero en la siguiente manzana donde estabamos. Me acompaña hasta la puerta y le doy las gracias.

El salón de exposicíones es bastante pequeño y solo hay 8 fotos de Araki, me quedo un poco desilusionada pero compro el libro de la exposición con fotos de este fotógrafo.

Después de esto decido ir caminando hasta el Palacio Imperial, que solo se puede visitar dos días al año, así que me conformo con observarlo desde los jardines que lo rodean. Me planteo ir hasta Akihabara andando, pero al final decido cojer el metro. Hay muchas tiendas donde venden todo tipo de artículos elctrónicos y Manga.

 Voy en busca de las sirvientas para hacerles fotos, pero la mayoría se esconden al verme con la camara de fotos. Doy una vuelta por las calles de esta ciudad electrónica y entro en el edificio Sega. Intento probarme uno de los uniformes de colegiala, pero son tallas muy pequeñas, así que desisto. Ya es de noche, así que vuelvo al hotel.

7th October. Asakusa, Ginza and the lost tokyota.

Today is not up early, I wake up at 8.00 am and I'm walking up to Asakusa, are only 10 minutes from my hotel. They have not reached the first tourists to the area and is very quiet. So walk around. I see the two main temples and around these is a market where prices kimonos sell "affordable" and many souvenirs.

I keep looking for a noren to my house, but I'm not going to find anything in the end I will ask my mother to make me one.

I decide to go to the Tsukiji fish Market, but when I arrive (at 11.00 am) and almost no activity and are picking up the seats. Just got to see a fishmonger cut tuna with long knives and many trucks that go from side to side in a hurry. Those in the fish market was angry when I try to take a photo, so I do it quite openly. Buy a tray of maquis there and I eat at a bank. I decide to walk to Ginza and breathe the posh environment of the area.
 
I want to go to the Sony building and see the latest electronics. I look at the new VAIO ultraportable hand size and spectacular 3D TVs. I wear glasses and I see a polar bear swimming in a frozen sea, it really seems to have an aquarium at home and is looking ahead.

According to the guide close to the Sony building is the Hall Leica (a small exhibition hall) at the top of the shop Leica. So I decide to go see if they have any interesting exhibition. After a while looking for where it says the guide decided to ask someone on the street, I can not find it.

Stop at a very nice guy and he says he does not know where he is, he is Tokyota, but many sites do not know where they are. With me and we stroll around the block as we speak. It has a Spanish friend called Nacho and he has taught to imitate Crispin Jander. I wonder if I have to go to work because it is dressed in suit jacket and he said yes, but not in a hurry today, because he have broken glasses in the office and have given more time when food to go to fix them. I ask him about his work schedule and tell me of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without nap.

After walking and talking for a while he decides to take his cell phone and called the number listed in the guide. It turns out that we had before it, but on the next block where we were. I came to the door and thank him.
 
The showroom is quite small and only have 8 photos of Araki, I'm a bit disappointed but I buy the book of the exhibition with photos of the photographer.

After that I decide to walk to the Imperial Palace, you can only visit two days a year, so I settle for looking at it from the surrounding gardens. I approach on foot to go to Akihabara, but finally decided to take the underground. There are many shops selling all kinds of electronic items and Manga.

I'm in search of the maids to do photos, but most are hidden to me with my camera. I walk around the streets of this electronic city and entered the Sega building. Attempt to prove a schoolgirl uniforms, but they are very small sizes, so I give up. It is night, so back to the hotel.
